Vinyasa Flow is a more dynamic and physical style where traditional yoga poses from Hatha Yoga are put together in a flowing and rhythmic sequence coordinated with the breath and accompanied by music.

It helps build core strength and stamina, improving flexibility whilst still being deeply relaxing as the practice becomes a moving meditation.

Cat and Cow is a very simple example and Sun Salutations are another.

This class is mixed ability so there are more gentle options or more challenging forms of vinyasa.
​
These classes aim at introducing a flowing movement between poses slowly and gently, working with the breath. Each session will include warm-ups followed by yoga poses and their transitions between them. (There is always adaptations available for body shape, mobility, fitness level and health issues).

All classes will end with a period of deep relaxation.

The Thursday 7:30pm class is mixed ability and suitable for those with some experience of Yoga or beginners who are familiar with basic poses and are comfortable with a general practice where there will be movement flowing gently from pose to pose. Not recommended for a complete novice/beginner.​
